Sunday, April 27, 11:30am-1:30pm
Kindness is at the center of every soul, in fact it is innate. Sometimes when things are organic to us, like kindness, they can be easily missed, since there is no striving involved, no need to go looking for something.
A culture of Kindness Sunday Morning Talk and Workshop
Our facilitator Rev. Heidi Alfrey will invite us into a vibrational conversation about some precious and powerful aspects of ourselves that we might have unused for so long, it may feel like they don't even exist, but they do. The afternoon "soulshop" will guide us from "thoughts" about kindness to a rich embodiment of its vast uplifting radiant energy.
Explore Kindness as a force of Good.
Rev. Heidi will guide us in a discovery of the innate kindness at our core and how to apply it to our own lives. She will also lead us in free form, spirit-driven movement that allows stored tension to dissolve and spiritual insight to emerge.
Experience Kindness Teachings
Kindness, like love, appears when all stories of avoiding natural innate kindness are removed. Kindness is a vulnerable and essential journey, unraveling and dismantling our stories of having to be safe and separate from others. Kindness teachings will be offered during the workshop through a film, The Boy ,The Mole, the Fox and The Horse, all representing aspects of ourselves that are willing to trust more. A lively discussion will follow the film. The soulshop will conclude with an intentionally guided freeform movement practice led by Rev. Heidi.
Your Take-away
Your "take-away" will be joy and freedom and a greater sense of the "Kindness connection" with yourself and your fellow human. Come join us Sunday afternoon April 27th!
